• HAZELNUT CAKE
If you have never tasted this dessert you must immediately take cover: hazelnut cake is a Piedmontese specialty where this dried fruit is venerated and consecrated. Without any preservatives or flavourings, it is produced with few ingredients, a dry and crumbly consistency and the unmistakable fragrance of the main product, the trilobate “La Nocciola Piemonte”.
The most successful accompaniments for this dessert are hot zabaglione, cream or ice cream on summer days, while as regards wines, Moscato and Passito to make it more pleasant.
• TARTS
The tart is the dessert that most reminds us of homemade snacks, with a shortcrust pastry base and covered with fruit jam, with the addition of thin strips of braided shortcrust pastry.
We produce two versions, a thinner, crumbly and light one and a thicker, more robust and decidedly more rustic one, to give you the result that satisfies you the most.

In its simplicity it inevitably disappears slice after slice and you never get tired of it, simple and delicious.
Soft cake, ideal for breakfast or a snack, a Jolly to offer with a cup of tea or coffee.
• PLUM CAKE
The characteristics of this dessert that make it absolutely recognizable among many are the classic elongated shape and the dome that is formed during baking in the oven.
If you love delicate and citrus flavors, we recommend the “Classic” version with citron, orange, raisins and candied cherries. While for those who want to try something new, the version with berries and for the greediest, with dark chocolate.
This is a breakfast cake, one of those perfect to eat as is or to dip in milk, because the crumb is moist and stays soft for a long time… although I challenge anyone to leave it in the pantry for more than a few days!

• AMOR POLENTA
Amor polenta or Amor polenta is an amber-colored cake, given by a typical ingredient used in traditional pastry making and cooking, corn flour. Eggs and sugar with a classic elongated, semi-cylindrical mold with a grooved surface. Once baked in the oven, it takes on a golden yellow color, a very soft consistency, slightly grainy yet moist and melting and an unmistakable rustic flavor!
