• POLENTA
Soft, light cake with a soft sponge cake base, filled with chantilly cream with pieces of nougat, cream and decorated with meringue sprinkles.
• ST. HONORÉ
Saint Honoré cake is a delicious and elegant dessert of French origin, famous for its beauty and goodness.
It is made up of a layer of soft sponge cake and one of crumbly puff pastry, filled with a layer of chocolate cream and one of custard.
The outside of the cake is entirely covered with a thin layer of cream and garnished with chopped hazelnuts and cream puffs filled with Chantilly cream.

Torta Millefoglie is the perfect tasty balance between soft cream and crispy caramelized puff pastry.
Our millefoglie is made up of three layers of crumbly puff pastry and garnished with a soft fresh cream that you can choose according to your preferences.

Montebianco or Montblanc is a very delicious dessert, the dessert par excellence made with chestnuts, enriched with meringues, chocolate and cream.
Elegant and sumptuous, very substantial thanks to the delicacy of Marron Glacé, a delicacy to be enjoyed in Autumn/Winter due to the presence of the queen ingredient “Chestnut”
• ZURICH
Zurich is a cake with Piedmontese origins with a cocoa and hazelnut shortcrust pastry base, filled with chocolate chantilly cream with chocolate chips and hazelnut chantilly with chopped hazelnuts.
• SACHER CAKE
Sacher torte is a delicious chocolate cake, made with a soft cocoa dough and filled with apricot jam that goes perfectly together, giving it a very pleasant contrast.
Finally to complete, covered with a dark chocolate ganache
• APPLE PIE AND ORANGE CUSTARD CREAM
The unmistakable scent of “Apple Pie”, the undisputed queen of cakes, a COMFORT FOOD.
Prepared with simple ingredients, soft and tasty, with a shortcrust pastry base, sliced apples and enriched with a layer of orange jam, which gives it freshness and makes it unique!!!

Apple strudel with puff pastry is a delicious alternative to the more classic version.
We close our puff pastry with a filling of sliced apples, raisins, candied fruit and apricot jam, decorated with granulated sugar.
An irresistible dessert to be served plain, accompanied with cream or flavoured with cinnamon.
• RUSTIC APPLE PIE WITH APRICOT JAM
The most rustic and delicious version of the traditional apple pie, with a shortcrust pastry base and a filling of chopped apples and apricot jam.
• PROFITEROLES
Our Profitterols are made with soft choux pastry puffs, which melt in your mouth releasing the soft and delicious chantilly cream.
The dark chocolate coating adds a touch of sweetness and intense flavour.
· BLACK FOREST CAKE
A very delicious cake, originally from the German region of the same name.
A true delight not only for the palate but also for the eyes, because inside it hides a heart made of soft layers of chocolate sponge cake, and filled with tasty chantilly cream and Amarena cherries, an essential finishing touch to complete this symphony of flavors.
